I'm a retired RN who spent more than 50 years on her feet. After retirement, I developed plantar fasciitis in my right foot, leg pain, and knee pain to the point that I was unable to walk without a limp and a cane. My friend, an athletic trainer, said my problems could be caused by my right ankle, knee, and hip being out of alignment due to my flat arches and other problems.
