I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.

Protalus fits the bill.  Selecting the proper arch  was important as was choosing lateral stability performance.  The fit corresponded nicely with the shoe size.

The SuperFeet Green in my Tactical Low-Cut Boots were giving me a hot spots  on the outside of foot at mid-sole. The factory insole was 3/16", so I order T100. Great improvement: no more hot spots...

Just returned from a backpacking trip to Philmont Scout Ranch in NM. Our crew hiked close to 10 miles each day for a week on rocky, muddy, uneven terrain in wet and dry conditions. I carried a 35lb. backpack plus 4L of water and 3 days worth of food at a time and I only weigh 100lb. My feet had been aching on our weekend practice hikes leading up to the trip and I was concerned how they would hold up for more consecutive days. I also tend to have an issue with alignment which affects my right hip.
