Great for healthcare workers

Ive been in healthcare 9years and my third year i began having heel pain. I ordered my ensoles back in 2021 and I still have them til this day. They help so much and truly relieved my foot pain. Im just learning that i should have changed mine out five hours ago but i will reorder soon. But if you are a healthcare worker and youre wondering if they work…..yes they do and apparently it can work for years.🤣

Difference maker

My football player wears these inserts everyday in his cleats. The cleats do not have much arch support. The inserts make a huge difference in his legs and feet.

Pretty good

Good support for my feet. However, they are hot. I've put them in my sneakers and my feet really sweat with these inserts in place. Yet, they do what is needed. My shoes are a wee bit too wide and putting the insert in fills the space a little and give a better fit to my foot.
