I ordered this inserts as a last resort before accepting that my feet would just always hurt...I have heel pain and neuroma pain and arch pain. All temporary fixes. I'd seen doctors, had injections, MRI's more injections, PT, massage and so on....

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and also suffered from ankle weakness which caused my feet to rotate outwardly and that, in turn, caused knee pain. I didn't walk anymore. I kind of shuffled! My feet hurt so bad that it was painful just to stand. This morning, I went out, my Protalus insoles in hand and purchased two new pair of shoes.....

Figured "what the hell". It's cheaper than anything else I've tried and if it doesn't work, I'm not out much. Fast forward 6 months. The only pain I have now is about two steps in the morning. (And even then, that's not every day and it's less all the time). I still get tired feet, but it's no longer like walking on glass........

So far so good. I have a total knee replacement on one knee and need the same op for the other. I walk about 1.75 miles a day and just recently had the cortisone shot in my heel for plantar fasciitis.(sp). Anyway I wore these inserts in my shoes the last two days and all I'll say I have noticed that the pain is nearly gone. I hope this continues
