I have been plagued by a herniated disk as well as a bone spur in my right foot. My nights have been spent in semi-sleep due to pain in my hips, foot and back. My podiatrist recommended that I get arch supports. I have tried several other brands, but the arch support was not enough. After searching the internet I came across the Protalus supports. I chatted with a lady who suggested I try the T series. They arrived within a few days. I am very happy with the inserts and I am especially happy with the customer service. They are so accommodating and helpful. Since using the inserts, I sleep all night without pain. It's worth a try. There is nothing to lose.
