I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

After years of foot and knee pain, I tried very expensive insoles from a heavily-advertised national chain. Not only did they not help, they made things worse. I saw an ad for Protalus and decided to try a pair (at about 1/10th the cost of the others).

Amazing results with a week. My foot pain has not disappeared (nothing can repair the nerve damage from botched surgery) but it is so much more manageable that I can go days without even noticing it. Because I know these will wear out eventually, I'm buying another pair or two because I never want to be without my Protalus again.

I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.
