I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

I cannot believe how Protalus insoles have changed my life in only 2 days, truly incredible. I've worn custom made insole for the past 9 months to deal with foot and Achilles pain, yet they never truly helped, limiting my ability to walk long distances and exercise. In just 2 days, I feel 1000% better and was able to walk on a treadmill for 2 miles today pain-free, my right foot feeling relaxed with no throbbing pain.
