I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

These insoles are the best thing ever! I was getting so frustrated with Plantar Fasciitis pain. I suffered on and off for over three years; I almost gave up the Jazzercise that I enjoy so much. I tried numerous brands of sneakers, Under Armor, Nike, Asics & Muzino. I also tried various insoles by Doctor Scholls, Finish Line and a pair from a doctor. Nothing was helping until one day I came across Protalus on my FB newsfeed. I have been wearing my their insoles in my Muzinos for over a year now. Thank you Protalus For saving me and keeping me pain-free for over one year now!! So, If you're considering trying these "GO FOR IT" you won't regret it.

I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.
