On July 2, 2017 I fell off a ladder shattering my heel. After a long recovery, I was looking for an insole to help with pain. I tried a pair of Protalus inserts and the results were immediate! Not only did they help with the injury, I could feel that I was standing straighter and have not had any plantar fasciitis flare ups.
These inserts are definitely a step up from the ones you find in retail stores. Yes they cost a little more, but well worth it in my opinion! I opted to purchase on the 6 month subscription plan, When I get new ones, they go into the shoes I wear most often, then I put the old pair in my "work in the yard" shoes. They are very well made and hold up beyond 6 months that way.
