I have to admit, I'm a skeptic about anything that promises rapid improvement. I laughed when I read the Protalus ad. Nonetheless, I ordered a pair. I'm not laughing anymore. These insoles have greatly improved my back and hip. I notice the difference between wearing them and not wearing them. I love them!! Look at your shoes.
