I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

Living with two diseases of the foot, Ledderhose disease, and Plantar Fascitis, walking was a very painful experience day in and day out. The shape and firmness give me the support I need to keep going all day. They are also very durable. I am still wearing the first pair given to me by my podiatrist three or four years ago. I now own three pairs of Protalus insoles and am a confirmed fan!

I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.
