I am a waitress working 8 plus hours every day on my feet. My sciatic nerve has bothered me for more than the last decade. Pain starting in my lower back, running down thru my buttocks, thru the hip, down the back of the leg, circling around the knee and ending in my calf. My feet also felt broken at the end of the day. Literally broken, all the little bones. I decided to try these insoles in desperation. It takes a good 2 weeks if you are in a lot of pain. I advise following the instructions on wearing them a few hours each day while adding an hour. Also doing the stretches and exercises while the body adjusts to the new alignment. I have been wearing mine every day now for about a month. I feel no pain in my sciatic nerve, hips or lower back. The pain in my feet has drastically dropped, not completely but now completely manageable.I am so glad that I tried these and will continue to wear them for my well being.

These are awesome for my feet. The insoles help me make it all day, with support & comfort. The best I've had.

I was apprehensive to try Protalus due to cost and because I was simply unsure what I was looking for in an insert. But the graphics in the ad showing how the Protalus fits and provides stability resonated and information from other reviewers helped me decide to make the investment. I chatted with a representative who provided guidance on sizing and suggested the M-100 for my son’s specific needs.
It took a few days of adjusting to wearing them, but they’ve been a game changer for my son.

I was a skeptic, but wow!  I was surprised by how comfortable they first felt as opposed to orthotics because of the "give" they allow. The high "heel cup" was a real game-changer for me, as I need stability in my heels, and with Protalus there was no more friction/rubbing in my sore area that the orthotics created.
