After knee surgery a few years back and an MCL tear just a few months ago, I have chronic knee issues. I've been wearing nothing but shoes with these amazing insoles in them to help with my knee for the last few weeks straight. Today I grabbed a pair of shoes I wear less often and forgot to switch out the insole. I can feel my ankle breaking in hard…

I have plantar faciitis that comes and goes and peripheral neuropathy that is always there, so walking could be pretty miserable. I need to walk and do other exercises and tried a few other commercially available orthotics (Dr Scholl's and Super Feet). They just didn't do the trick. They would help with arch support, but not overall foot support.

I developed plantar fasciitis and bunions a few years ago. They flared up after I started a DVD exercise program. I'd been a jogger for over 40 years, and needed to stop that. Walking more than a quarter mile was painful to the ball and heals of my feet, to the point of tears in my eyes...

I was very skeptical about buying this product as I have paid over $700 for orthotics, previously. However, my wife was complaining about being on her feet, all day, at her job so . . . I decided to take a gamble.

This product absolutely worked for me! I have plantar fasciitis and have tried several remedies from custom foot prosthetic inserts from a podiatrist to over-the-counter foot inserts. Nothing really worked and my pain seemed to move to different areas of my foot. I saw an ad for the Protalus insert that touted the benefits of foot alignment as a remedy for plantar fasciitis. I was very skeptical but after reading many favorable reviews of the product on various websites, I decided to buy a pair and try it. I followed the instructions to start wearing the Protalus insert only for a couple of hours daily and.....

I am an avid runner and all around very active person. I have had problems with my feet, lower back and finally plantar fasciitis, so I sought out help, and I ended up going to Good F**t in town a couple of years ago and spent over $700 on inserts. They appeared to help, but after a couple of months, it was too uncomfortable to wear them any longer, so I was back to the drawing board. I googled plantar fasciitis to read up about it, and through the brilliance of algorithms, Facebook introduced me to Protalus. I thought what the hell I'll give them a try. I have been wearing the Portalus inserts for.....

I've always had to carry two pairs of shoes with me...especially at work. Anytime I'm on my feet for more than 4-5 hours (which, as an RN, busy mom and health coach, is often) my arches, ankles, knees and lower back start hurting and I need to switch shoes just to make it through the rest of the day. I have every shoe imaginable and was convinced that…

I love my Protalus insoles. I honestly did not believe an insole bought online could be of benefit to me. I was desperate, though. I have Achilles tendinitis and pretty bad back pain from bulging disks. I have worn them away from home three times now, and I was so wrong. The best test was today at the mall Christmas shopping. Any shopping usually leaves me in so much pain. Heel pain and the bad back worse than ever. I am tired but it doesn't hurt my feet at all, and my back is even in less pain than usual. Amazing. I have a dear friend....

Having served in the United States Army as an Infantrymen and being deployed two times to Iraq the consequences of patrolling day and night and carrying loads of gear caused massive damage over time, and my body was a mess. Before the Army I was a marathon runner, compiling 100 marathons since the age of 13-teen-years old. After getting wounded in combat…

I had gotten quite overweight. (Over 300 pounds) My hips and knees were hurting, and it had become a vicious cycle, where it was hard to keep moving because of the pain. But the pain was worse because, without movement, it was much harder to lose any weight. When I took a job in a healthcare facility, more movement became NECESSARY. I bought new shoes, and discovered these insoles on my Facebook feed and decided to give them a try.
