I have plantar faciitis that comes and goes and peripheral neuropathy that is always there, so walking could be pretty miserable. I need to walk and do other exercises and tried a few other commercially available orthotics (Dr Scholl's and Super Feet). They just didn't do the trick. They would help with arch support, but not overall foot support. I saw the Protalus testimonial ads come through my Facebook feed, and one day I clicked on one to see what it was about. I read through all the pages and thought, well, for that price, I am willing to take a chance. So I did. My feet are very happy. I can walk my dogs and work out at the gym without pain. Thank you for a great product.
