I had surgery on my right foot to remove the arthritis. After being in pain and giving up hope for a recovery for a Year and a Half, I was desperate. So I tried these Protalus M100 inserts to see if I could get relief from the constant swelling I experienced. The first two weeks with them were a little disheartening. However, after working with them and using them as instructed, I started to get results. My swelling is minimum now and the pain is just about gone. No more Ibuprofen and pain pills. I'm sold. These are great.
