Dear Protalus,

I recently purchased your product after many years of suffering extreme heal pain. As a disabled retired Army Paratrooper, I had wasted hundreds of dollars on useless inserts trying to ease the pain caused by years of wearing boots for duty and jumping out of airplanes. Even the insoles I was given by the VA hospital were garbage. I only wish I'd ordered a second pair when I placed my initial order, however, I had been burned too many times and was fearful of wasting money on another junk product. As I live on a limited income, it may be a while before I can afford another pair or two. These will serve me well though and I am very thankful for this product.
