I love my Protalus insoles. I honestly did not believe an insole bought online could possibly be of benefit to me. I was desperate though. I have Achilles tendinitis and pretty bad back pain from bulging disks. I have worn them away from home 3 times now and I was so wrong. The best test was today at the mall Christmas shopping. Any kind of shopping usually leaves me in so much pain. Heel pain and the bad back worse than ever. I am tired but I don't hurt in my feet at all and my back is even in less pain than usual. Amazing. I have a dear friend who made me aware of these and I can't thank her enough. when I ordered these I realized the next morning I had made an error in the size and emailed them right away thinking I was going to have to deal with returning them and waiting for another pair. They answered within minutes...corrected my order and they were here in just a few days. I am so impressed with both the product and the service.
