I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

I have been having heel spurs and plantar fasciitis issues for the last 8 - 10 months and have undergone multiple injections to resolve the issue with no positive long-term results. I ordered the M100 insole on 9/25/18 and have found a new lease on life. When I am wearing them I can generally walk pain-free and for a longer period of time than before. With time I am expecting the benefits to increase and the duration of walking to improve. I highly recommend the insoles to those having similar problems.

I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.
