Your total pain relief solution begins by improving body alignment from the ground up.LEARN HOW WE CAN HELP
When dealing with back pain, the alignment of your body might seem totally unrelated. However, foot experts say that back pain is often linked to problems that start with your feet and how they’re built...
This ripple effect often occurs in people who have excessive pronation, also known as flat feet, a condition where the arch appears to be flattened and closer to the ground. If you have flat feet, your ankle rolls inward collapsing your arch when you walk or run. That extra motion within your ankle requires the mvuscles and tendons to work harder to stabilize your foot, creating secondary repetitive stress farther up in your legs and body. As a result, your body is thrown out of alignment creating pain or discomfort within your back.
Everywhere we go we have to take one step at a time. The impact from daily walking is absorbed through your body starting with your feet, going up through your knees, hips and back making up a complex motor unit called your kinetic chain.
However, misalignment in your feet, excessive foot pronation (rolling in) and supination (rolling out), are common foot placements that create misalignment through the rest of the body. As the rest of the body has to adapt its alignment to accommodate this poor foot placement, back pain often develops over time.
How is our insole different than others you’ve tried? We don’t just place an artificial arch support under your foot, as our competitors do. Our products are engineered biomechanically for proper body alignment – to control the rolling of the ankle. This creates a more neutral position which greatly reduces both pain and fatigue.
