I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my left knee and have had meniscus’s surgery on both knees. I also have had plantar fasciitis in both feet. Over the course of 15 years, I have done everything to help stay active without being in constant pain. Since wearing my Protalus Insoles I have been pain-free and back to walking and standing and sitting without the popping and hurting of my knees. As a bonus, my lower back is also feeling better. I would recommend to anyone with knee or back pain.

I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.
