This product absolutely worked for me! I have plantar fasciitis and have tried several remedies from custom inserts from a podiatrist to over-the-counter foot inserts. Nothing really worked and my pain seemed to move to different areas of my foot. I saw an ad for the Protalus insert that touted the benefits of foot alignment as a remedy for plantar fasciitis. I was very skeptical but after reading many favorable reviews of the product on various websites, I decided to buy a pair and try it. I followed the instructions to start wearing the Protalus insert only for a couple of hours daily and increasing amounts each day until you can wear them all day. IT WORKED. I no longer have any foot pain and can go about my normal activities again. I don't know how this product works but I don't care. It works for me when nothing else did. And they feel very comfortable in my shoes. They have good customer support too.
