When I purchased Protalus Insoles, I was looking for something to help with foot and knee pain from having flat feet due to fallen arches. I have to admit I was skeptical at first as I had tried others, but I was pleasantly surprised at the relief I had gotten from Protalus. I will, and have, recommended them to family members that struggle with proper insoles issues also. I am thinking of purchasing more so that I don't have to play put and take with different shoes. Try them, what do you have to lose but pain.

I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for about the last two years basically from not wearing the proper shoes and support. I would often have pain in my heel to the point of barely being able to walk. Also, I'd have pain on the top and side of my foot. Knee pain would typically follow from tendinitis. This went on for quite some time with only relieve from pain medication and rest. I saw that the ad for Protalus Insoles said...........

Three years ago I decided to get my health in order and have lost 74 lb. I'd like to lose another 40. I love to run, and I love to go to the gym and workout. I work in an auto parts store where the average shift is 9 hours. Pounding the concrete that long takes its toll on my feet. I have had stabbing pain in the top of my foot sometimes preventing me even walking. I took a chance that these would help and they have exceeded my expectations. There are 4 or 5 spots on my feet, ankles, knees and lower back that hurt almost all the time. These have all gone after wearing these for only a week. I know everyone's situation is different but there worked wonders for me.

Received mine two weeks ago and ever since each day the pain I have been experiencing in my knees and hip has lessened with each passing day. I am so thankful I tried them and as of today can not imagine not having them in my shoes. I have bought expensive shoes other insoles, but Protalus really gives relief. I'm 72, 25 lbs overweight, my knees bothered me constantly ...I've spent a small fortune over the last few years (Dr. Scholls, mostly), but these insoles are much better built, hold up far better, and do an amazing job ... true, they cost a tad more...
