I was apprehensive to try Protalus due to cost and because I was simply unsure what I was looking for in an insert. But the graphics in the ad showing how the Protalus fits and provides stability resonated and information from other reviewers helped me decide to make the investment. I chatted with a representative who provided guidance on sizing and suggested the M-100 for my son’s specific needs.
It took a few days of adjusting to wearing them, but they’ve been a game changer for my son.

I've always had to carry two pairs of shoes with me...especially at work. Anytime I'm on my feet for more than 4-5 hours (which, as an RN, busy mom and health coach, is often) my arches, ankles, knees and lower back start hurting and I need to switch shoes just to make it through the rest of the day. I have every shoe imaginable and was convinced that…

Having served in the United States Army as an Infantrymen and being deployed two times to Iraq the consequences of patrolling day and night and carrying loads of gear caused massive damage over time, and my body was a mess. Before the Army I was a marathon runner, compiling 100 marathons since the age of 13-teen-years old. After getting wounded in combat…

Yes, I have given these inserts a rating of 5. I had PF for over a year, but that is not why I now wear them. I have tried two other types of inserts one were Perfect Feet, and the other an insert purchased from my chiropractor ... The insert from my chiropractor ( I quit going) caused me hip pain and caused an off gait. The insert over rotated my left foot. I since have had ankle discomfort and low back pain. I visited a podiatrist who suggested " Custom made Orthotics. The cost would have...

I have spent a small fortune on insoles to help with the pain in my toes, ankles , and knees. Nothing worked, no matter how much the cost. I have broken one ankle, torn tendons in the other and broken my big toe. Add to this, age and degeneration of fluid on the knees and having to wear steel-toed shoes at work and my feet began to hurt more and more every day. I had arthroscopic surgery on one knee and it didn't really help, so I've pretty much tried all the insoles on the market. I really had not found any relief until I decided to try the M100 insoles...

Unbelievable! I have had left ankle pain for years, stopping me from enjoying the great outdoors. Spent $500.00 on orthotics. They said they would help with the pain, flat feet. They did not. Saw the ad for these and read the stories, and decided to give them a try, I mean for the price you could not go wrong. Ordered a pair. Got them, and thought really! Put them in and walked in a market and instantly, I could walk with no pain...

When I ordered my insoles, I had a lot of problems with my back, knees, ankles, and feet from psoriatic arthritis and SLE lupus. I received them about three weeks ago and put them in my crocs. I had previously used a Dr. Scholls machine that showed I put all my weight on my heels and the side of my feet away from the arch. As soon as I got my insoles I started wearing them. They were tight across the top of my arches. However, despite this discomfort, I knew I needed to persist in wearing them, viewing them in the same likeness as braces for your teeth. Within a week my arches stopped hurting.

It has been almost a year since I came across Protalus insoles via F.Book as I was recovering from having a badly broken lower tib/fib rt above the ankle joint that required major surgery to repair! I was not able to put any weight on the ankle for 60+ days, then starting physical therapy about 3.5 months after my surgery. I already knew that I had some pronation before I was injured because working in the outdoor sports biz with lots of shoe brands attending tech training for fitting running shoes. As I was going thru my physical therapy sessions, I was having pain and inflammation, especially when trying to apply weight to the repaired ankle. I started thinking......
