I’ve had problems for a long time. I have mild neuropathy and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I play golf a lot, and travel a lot so I thought this was worth looking into for pain relief in my feet. Mild Neuropathy is a nerve problem, generally associated with people that are diabetic. My arthritis issues started probably 10 years ago after knee replacement surgery. I’ve been dealing with this for the last 10 years, trying different solutions and the Doctors said this is something you have to live with. Now my arthritis is under remission, but the neuropathy is a bi-product of the arthritis. It just affects the soles and bottoms of my feet. It’s like walking along a creek bed with a lot of rocks, that’s the feeling all the time. My challenge is finding really comfortable shoes, with good support and comfort and cushion. It’s a challenge to find something that will help ease the discomfort. I notice it more when I walk a lot when my wife and I travel. After 18 holes of golf, of walking my feet were wiped out and I was exhausted.

I’ve tried a couple of other insole products which didn’t work and didn’t make a difference. I bought the first pair of Protalus Insoles in the middle of July, they said try them for a few hours and then go back and forth and break them into your shoes. I did that for a couple of days and I found my feet weren’t sore or tired. My feet adjusted pretty easily for the product, so I began wearing them all the time. Kind of freaky weird, I noticed an immediate change to the pain of the bottom of my feet, it went away. I thought whoa that is really strange, I wasn’t expecting that type of relief for putting in an insole product in shoes. I was telling my wife how much better my feet felt. So I decided to get another pair for her. I use them full time and switch them back and forth between street shoes and golf shoes. It’s kind of amazing quite honestly. I thought it may be something that could give me slight relief because other things were a short relief, but these are great.

I don’t have pain in my feet when I’m walking, that’s really great. I don’t have that discomfort before I started wearing them, I don’t mind going for a walk, even if I know we are going to be walking in Seattle for a few hours or longer. I don’t think about that because I know my feet aren’t going to hurt when I’m done. You don’t realize how important having good solid feet are, being able to be pain-freee in my daily activities is the biggest positive out of the whole thing. That’s a big benefit and a big win from finding this product.

I recommend this for anyone that has foot problems, that’s something a lot of people suffer from. My wife has found these to be great and really works well for her distance walking. She does a 60 miles cancer walk, this past week she walked 35 miles training for an upcoming 60-mile walk, it has made a big difference for her as well.

I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.
