I am an avid amateur golfer, with aspirations of being more. I generally get out and play 4-5 times per week and practice equally as much. A couple years ago, I started to get sharp pains in my foot when I was playing, more so when I walked while I play. After a couple trips to the doctor, I found that I have plantar fasciitis in my foot, something that can only be treated with surgery. My doctor recommended insoles, but they did nothing for the pain. I have pretty much got to the point where I can only ride a cart when I play, something that doesn’t really work for what I am hoping to do. Recently I “liked” Arch Mobility on Facebook, but never really went any further with it. That is until Arch Mobility posted on FB that the first 5 people that like and share the post would receive a free pair. I did it and they sent me a pair in the mail. I have only had them for a short time, but have been able to get 3 rounds of golf in over the last 3 days and I have had NO pain. It’s remarkable, I have walked 54 holes in 3 days and run just over 6 miles and there is no pain. I was to the point where the only solution I thought I had was surgery, something I wanted nothing to do with. I wanted to thank everyone at Align, I am looking to see how they hold up. BTW, I just ordered a 2nd and 3rd pair.

These are awesome for my feet. The insoles help me make it all day, with support & comfort. The best I've had.

I was apprehensive to try Protalus due to cost and because I was simply unsure what I was looking for in an insert. But the graphics in the ad showing how the Protalus fits and provides stability resonated and information from other reviewers helped me decide to make the investment. I chatted with a representative who provided guidance on sizing and suggested the M-100 for my son’s specific needs.
It took a few days of adjusting to wearing them, but they’ve been a game changer for my son.

I was a skeptic, but wow!  I was surprised by how comfortable they first felt as opposed to orthotics because of the "give" they allow. The high "heel cup" was a real game-changer for me, as I need stability in my heels, and with Protalus there was no more friction/rubbing in my sore area that the orthotics created.
